Troubleshooting on iOS

Restart the App
- Swipe up from the bottom of the screen, then close the app.
- Reopen the app and check if it works.
Check for App Updates
- Open the App Store and tap your profile icon.
- Scroll down to see if there is an update for Alto, then tap Update if available.
Restart Your Device
- Hold down the power button until the "slide to power off" option appears.
- Power off, wait a few seconds, then turn the device back on.
Reinstall the App
- Press and hold Alto until it jiggles, then tap Delete App.
- Go to the App Store, search for [App Name], and reinstall it.

Troubleshooting on Android

Force Close the App
- Open Settings > Apps > Alto > Force Stop.
- Reopen the app to see if the issue is resolved.
Check for App Updates
- Open the Google Play Store and tap on your profile icon.
- Go to Manage apps & device, find Alto, and tap Update if available.
Restart Your Device
- Hold down the power button and select Restart.
- After restarting, open Alto to check if it works.
Clear App Cache and Data
- Open Settings > Apps > Alto > Storage.
- Tap Clear Cache and, if needed, Clear Data (note: clearing data may reset app settings).
