Where to find what you need

Office supplies are conveniently located in the supply closet on the first floor of the building. The supply closet is accessible during regular office hours. To access the closet, proceed to the first floor and locate the supply room, which is clearly labeled.

How to order supplies

To order office supplies, follow the steps below:

  • Make a list of the items you need and check the office supply inventory in the supply closet first to see if they are available.

  • If the required items are not available in the supply closet, submit an order request to the Office Manager or the designated person responsible for office supplies.

  • The order request should include the specific items, quantities, and any other relevant details.

Ordering yourself? Don’t forget to expense

To expense office supplies, adhere to the following guidelines:

  • Collect all receipts for the office supplies you purchased, including the order confirmation if you ordered online.

  • Complete the appropriate expense report form, which can be obtained from the Finance Department or through the company's expense management system.

  • Attach the receipts to the expense report, ensuring they are legible and include the date and items purchased.

  • Submit the completed expense report to the Finance Department for processing.

  • Reimbursement for approved expenses will be credited to your designated account as per the company's reimbursement schedule.
