How to Request Co-Working Access
Visit our company's intranet or internal portal and log in using your company credentials.
Navigate to the "Co-Working Provider" section, where you'll find information about the service and access to the request form.
Click on the "Request to Use Co-Working" button to initiate the process.
In the request form, provide the necessary details, including the date(s) you intend to use the co-working space, the purpose of your visit, and any specific requirements you may have.
Submit the request form, and it will be sent to the relevant department or manager for approval.
How to Book a Desk:
Once your request to use the co-working provider is approved, you will receive a confirmation notification along with access instructions.
Log in to the co-working provider's platform using the provided credentials.
Explore the available co-working spaces and amenities to choose the most suitable option for your needs.
Select the date(s) you wish to book a desk and confirm your reservation.
On the designated date, arrive at the co-working space and check-in at the reception desk using your company identification or the provided booking reference.
Enjoy a productive and collaborative work environment at the co-working space, equipped with all the necessary facilities.
Please note that co-working space availability may vary, so it's advisable to request your usage well in advance to secure your spot.
